As safety of both employees and the public is our number-one priority, we insist that all such operatives carry an up to date CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) or CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) card.
The impressive Mitchell's Scaffolding Ltd reputation has been built on trust: our clients know that the work we so will be carried out to the most professional standard. That's why we insist that our operatives have a CSCS/CISRS card, even though it isn't a legal requirement here in the UK. Possessing such a card lets us know that our operatives are as knowledgeable and competent as they can be.
The CISRS is the industry leader when it comes to scaffold training; in fact it is 'the preferred scaffolding qualification of all the major organisations including CSCS, NASC, HSE, Build UK, UNITE and the largest scaffold systems manufacturers'. In the UK alone, there are more than 60,000 CISRS cardholders, with a further 5,000 cardholders in different countries around the world.
Working across the spectrum of the construction industry, the CSCS delivers a number of training schemes and qualifications. Once fully trained and qualified, atendees of the courses are granted the right to carry a CSCS crad, proving their knowledge and competency.
