Social Housing
Location: Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire
Mitchell's are now in the final stages of installing the scaffolding to the social housing just a stones throw away from our Accrington Base.
The project has seen 39 occupied property's with scaffolding for new roofs, pointing and render works over the past few weeks.
To ensure full protection for the residents from potential falling objects or other debris from the works, each scaffold was erected with double toe boards
The 2 and 3 lift gantry's installed allowed for ease when it came to the disposal of waste from the old roof coverings and additional scaffold gate afforded the installation of Bumper hoist's to deliver the new slates onto the working lift.
Only 1 Block of 4 houses now remain, as one of the property's had the addition of extensive extensions designs were commissioned.
The final scaffold on Wordsworth close has now been
de-commissioned So the works the full Oswaltwistle site is now complete.
